Cigarette burns, iron marks and pulled loops are cut out and replaced with matching fibre, so the damage disappears rather than just gets covered.

Lifting seams and rippling carpet are re-glued, re-seamed or power-stretched back tight to the floor, removing trip hazards and loose edges.

We carry a wide range of donor carpet and yarn, and where needed we'll take a matching offcut from a hidden area like a closet or stair edge, so nothing about the repair stands out once it's finished.
